RENTAL TERMS
• Half the rental cost, including half the security deposit, is required at time of booking. The other
half is due 30 days prior to the date of stay.
• If cancelling, there is a refund only if the house can be re-booked for that time. There would be a
$50 handling fee.
• Cancellation refers to any unused time. No refund for early departures or due to weather.
• $400 security deposit is charged and fully refundable if the house is left as found, including
cleaning.
• Caretaker will inspect the house after each rental and do additional cleaning as needed at a rate of
$50 an hour.
• Arrangements for full cleaning by the caretaker needs to be made prior to the stay.
• Renter is fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the stay. Upon arrival report any
problems to the caretaker or owner.
• No smoking is allowed in the house.
